    IRC Bots Died

    when i upload my irc bot to 20 victims then 10mins later not all of them respond back but are connected, anyway to keep them alive and responding to my commands?

    Dunno VB But.

    It's possible your bots are dropping off the IRC server due to inactivity. Are your bots replying to the PING protocol correctly?

    Hmm. If they are all still on the server and just not responding to your commands, It's possible that the protocol is being warped somewhere along the line or your recv loop/message isn't working correctly for some reason.

    I cant say for sure without testing it or more information.

    if you wrote the bot yourself, make a stand alone version then sniff the packets and see if there's anything wrong there.

    Yeah it has to be PING, if u receive PING u have to reponse with PONG!
