    [REQ] Porting winSock to cSocket

Does anyone want to do me a favor and port this from winsock into cSocket? If someone found the time, that would be awesome and I'm sure it would save a lot of people the hassle.

    Thanks

@wolf - It doesn't work, but thanks for trying.

@WEZ - Thanks for the tip, any chance I could be cheap and use the replace function? I haven't messed with cSocket before and I haven't touched VB in about 2 years, I just now decided to get back into it.

@Wes - The only reason I'm getting back into VB is because someone gave me a good offer for a FUD bot, and I already have one coded from a long time ago, I just need a better way to connect.

@wolf - The you left the winsock code in there, which is what is connecting. Not the cSock.

i left the winsock only for the client
(look in the server project and you will see that there is no winsock.ocx in the components list )

if you want just copy code from the server project to the client project
    :p

@wolf - Open Newserver.vbp, delete all code to do with Winsock1.
    It doesn't work.

Depending on what happens to me within the next couple of hours (hopefully nothing), then I'll dick around with it for a second and try to get it to work.

    Thanks again for trying.
