Seeking programmers for Project VIKING

Hi there.
I am looking for programmers who want to cooperate in a project called VIKING.
This project will not take much of your time, it's just a background project as you can call it :')
Each programmer will be assigned a task, but with NO time-limit.
This program has something to do with hacking & Trojans, but on the other way, it hasn't. It will be something to do it all: defend & attack, Security & aggression. It will be the ultimate
Yes, I know, I don't reveal very much. I just want to keep it as private as possible. Why? Just because I want to. This program will have the ability to implement user-made plugins. (DLL files)
We do NOT want any solo workers.
The second goal of this program is to learn, to become more skilled.
This project will have 3 teams:

Core Programmers:

1. Main programming language: DELPHI
2. Delphi Skill: Intermediate
3. 'Teamplayer'
4. commitment

Graphics Team:

1. Knowledge of Photoshop (or other professional graphic-editing program)
2. The ability to create all sorts of images: button images, logo, background images. Theme will be Dark.
3. commitment

Web Team:

1. Knowledge of Forum Software
2. Ability to create a 'nice' site, dark themed. (Flash preferred.)
3. commitment
