    C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Application Data\Ctrl-Center\ccmain.exe

For Vista users, the files are generally located in:

    C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\CCenter\
    C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Ctrl-Center\
    C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\C-Center\

Goto a separate PC, download Spybot Search and Destory and do the following

Boot PC in Safemode->Insert Flash Drive or Removable Media-> Install->RunScan->Remove->fap

That's complete rubbish, you probably got your depictions of being a "hacker" from a prepubescent forum infested with homosexually-oriented pedophiles.
