Anyone want to code a botnet?

Is there anyone that wants to code a simple botnet with me in Visual Basic 6. I've already started the client and server code. This botnet will use DNS, just reply here if you want to.

Its not illegal to code a botnet lol, its illegal to use it and spread the botnet server -.- lol

    this is a senario

I could code a virus that would ruin 50% of all worlds computers and crash them totaly, it isnt illegal to code a virus, to use it,spread it or if you harm other peoples computers and property thats illegal

    Your wrong actually.

You can be fined or put in jail for even developing a botnet if it can be proven that it was developed to be used in reallife, and why would one
write a botnet if one wherent to use it once it was done?

Some country's even prohibit discussing such things as malicious code development.

Dont think that just cuz it isnt in the wild your in the safe, botnets are considered destructive code, do you believe that someone just making bombs will get away with it seeing how it hasnt blown up any ppl yet?

If you ever get caught even developing such code, good luck prooving in court that it wasnt written in a malicious intent, seeing how its a tool for spamming and attacking servers.
    -.-

That is true, possession of malicious software or code is illegal in some countries.

That's complete rubbish, you probably got your depictions of being a "hacker" from a prepubescent forum infested with homosexually-oriented pedophiles.

Meh used to have so many BotNet sources, dont know if ANY are in vb but like the last poster said, most are c/c++

I can dig them up on my own PC when I get home.. Just send me a PM if you would like a source, but I get to help test the revisions! hah...
