Thread: Dark WMI

This is part of my latest work. I call it DarkWMI. All it does is allows a user to connect to a remote Windows PC and execute a file on the PC via WMI.
I threw this software together in less than 10 minutes. With that being stated, I realize there may be a few bugs in the software. This is mainly to show you guys how useful WMI can be and to possibly inspire someone to work with it. I am currently implementing it in my rat client as an option to infect networked computers. WMI can do ALOT MORE than just run remote processes. Read up on it at the microsoft website and google it. I will most likely upload the source to this software if anyone is interested in it. I use Delphi 7 and an external component for this application.

WMI Limitations:

#1 - You have to be on the same network as the Remote PC
#2 - You have to know a valid username and password
if you
(If you connect to the local machine, leave the username and password fields blank)

No it is using windows to tell other computers connected to the same network (not over the Internet) to run simple commands. This is not a server.

And must be on the same network means this isn't a Remote admin tool, per se.
