    @kcscm ,

    thank you very much for you reply and help ....

    not really sure...java is more like c++..but delphi is more common
    To learn programming it's better to start off with Delphi. Java has better practical applications but you should be able to apply the principles learnt with Delphi to Java/C++ later on.

    1. Anything. Google hires Python coders for backend work. So, If you're good enough at it. Any language can get you anywhere. Find one you enjoy writing in and stick to it.

    2. ?? :S

    3. Nothing's impossible. But because of the structure of *nix based systems(Linux/BSD). And because of the number of different distro's it'd be rather hard to make anything worth using for *nix. To install the RAT at a systems level on *nix based systems you'd need to either exploit the kernel or crack the root password. But I think that's a bit beyond the scope of a RAT. ;]

    Same deal with MAC's. OSX is just a heavily modified version of BSD.

    - Delphi/Pascal and C++ is suitable for 92% of the world since they're running Windows. Not to mention servers.

    - A RAT IS possible in java, but java is tricky to code.

    It is possible.
    - Unix : If you can find documentation on it, then yes.
    - Linux : Yes but as Zombie stated, it would be difficult since there are many distros of Linux around. A lot of servers run Debian.
    - Mac OSX : Same with Linux. OSX is nothing more than BSD hyped with poorly coded "wow" effects, thus it is possible to create a RAT for their system.

    Side note:
    If you do create a RAT for multiple platforms, you can attempt to cross-platform them. This can be done in C++ or with DLLs [I think]. Linux and Windows have different internet connection methods, so you'd have to incorporate both or just create multiple RATs for multiple OSes.
