Angry PI: copy to alternate data stream. CANT DELETE IT

this is starting to get, well......incredibly embarassing. i ran my PI server trying out the copy to alt data stream function. i still dont know exactly what it does. however, instead of copying to c:\windows\server.exe, when i run scans, they find c:\windowserver.exe
the problem is, when i delete it...i restart my computer, and log in to find out...OH SHIT, i STILL CANT OPEN EXLORER...that means i cant open any folders, go to program files, or system folder, etc...and its got my mindfucked. can ya help me?
