I wanna use nuclear on a vodafone modem. the dynamic ip is no problem as I can use no-ip.com to update my IP every time it changes. The problem is that vodafone modem doesn`t allow outside connections (i think), i can`t even use xampp to publish web pages (works on http://localhost but when I put IP it`s not working). Any ideas?
