    Best Antivirus?

    I tried AVG. I didn't like the interface.
    I tried BitDefender. I didn't like how it kept enabling Windows Defender, and it kept changing my settings so that I couldn't see hidden files.

    Just update windows use noscript addon. Use some extra firewall like comodo plus some antivirus and remove java if you don't use it much. Or you could just use linux

    In my opinion:
    - Avast
    - Bitdefender

    With addition to a good firewall such as:
    - Comodo
    - Outpost

    But the BEST possible anti-virus is one that is free but yet so rarely used:
    - Common sense.
