    Lightbulb Using RAT over Tethering?

Ok, so here's the deal. I can't take part in any of the fun of using a RAT as my ISP is NAT (please no comments about how I can just use NO-IP and port-forwarding to get around it, it is my ISP that is NATTED)
I had posted a question before if anyone could help me get around the NAT-ISP problem, to no avail; and I think I may have an idea.
Can anyone tell me if it would be possible for me to run a rat through tethering via my Bell 3G network on my mobile?
Because MAN would it ever be cool if I could.
I appreciate any help and comments.

Yes it's 100% possible. 3g carriers don't firewall their data services, the connection is dmz (you don't need to forward ports)

Infact, I've tethered my ps3 & xbox to 3g when my net was messed up.
    for the lulz

    Thank-you! I'm ecstatic now!! lol
So would I still need to run NO-IP on my pc?

No-Ip is only a dns service, it's almost a must have if you're going to use a RAT.

It's so your actual isn't in the server and if your IP changes you can just update your No-Ip DNS.
    for the lulz

How does one traverse a NAT when doing legit work (think, games or bittorrent clients)

    *cough* UPNP *cough*

It seems to NEVER be discussed :p

Anyway as stated by the prev posters, most teathered networks are in the DMZ

I think you misunderstood what I said, Getting past my own router is not a problem at all. It is my ISP that is NAT, I don't think that UPnP can help me there.
    (correct me if I'm wrong)
