    One method (old one) would be the LAN shared folders.
    Look up these API's:
    NetShareAdd
    NetShareEnum
    NetShareSetInfo
    NetShareGetInfo

    Don't know what way you are searching for, but this is the easy way.
    If you want your program to use old & slow batch functions you could use the 'net share' command.

    But then again, the best way would be an exploit of some kind. Thougth I saw one at rohitab a half year ago. I'l keep my eye out for it, and post it here if I find it :p
