Looks like Safengine SDK is used, this can't be cracked without a valid license.

i dont think aNyone is capable to crack this one.

I don't think you need server emulation since it doesn't connect to a database you just need it unpacked and yes it can not be done without a valid license.

EDIT: oh yeah you need since its NET Licensor.

I own a private copy and have the license.dat file, I can offer it up.. but I'm just worried that it could get suspended.
I've heard rumors that if Olly/VM's/Wireshark is detected while running cybergate, it sends an alert about reverse engineering attempts, causing the license to be terminated.
I'd give it up, only on the guarantee that I wouldn't get my license suspended, message me if you're up for it or interested.
